I am a Container

This one minute long animation was inspired by the poem I am a Container by Bada’s Danish schoolmate Emma Slebsager Nielsen. The stop motion shadow play accompanying Nielsen’s text was created by placing various objects on an overhead projector and then changing their positions. The piece is about how one may experience the world and deal with the many impressions it leaves on a person. It was one of the three pieces with which Emőke won the ESSL ART AWARD CEE 2011.
